Your day-to-day tasks are likely to involve:
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products (consultants, designers, contractors, project owners, wholesalers) and develop network in all areas of business.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
• Sales calls, visits & follow up on daily basis.
• Administering client accounts.
• Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Talk with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Preparing client quotations, product selection, engineering drawings etc. Being able to discuss and prepare independent engineering selections to meet customer needs.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
• Recommend improved equipment to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase efficiency.
• Offering after-sales support services.
• Help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
• Involvement in market research activities.
• Market overview reporting related to products size, competitors and prices, sales estimation.
• Analysing costs and sales.
• Preparing reports for head office.
• Meeting regular sales targets.
• Coordinating sales projects.
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• All related works requested from Management.
As a successful candidate you’ll need:
• A solid technical background, minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Sound judgement and good business sense.
• Teamworking ability.
• The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and tenacity.
• Independence.
• Fluent English skills.
• Driving licence.
• Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and ACAD.
• Retail Heating Product Sales Experience (Preferable).
