We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing software development company. This role provides a competitive commission structure and significant autonomy within a mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing LinkedIn Sales Navigator campaigns, conducting cold outreach, maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring overall customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research and analysis to identify potential leads and new business opportunities.
- Strategically manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns to attract high-quality clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Identify relevant prospects and craft tailored messaging to generate qualified leads.
- Develop and execute outbound lead generation and business outreach strategies.
- Initiate cold calls and cold emails to prospective clients to introduce company services and secure meetings.
- Maintain ongoing client communication, building strong relationships to understand and address their needs effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers and maintain client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to encourage repeat business and improve client retention.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT/software sales or business development.
- At least 3 years of proven success with LinkedIn-based outreach and lead generation.
- Strong experience in proposal writing, lead nurturing, and proficient use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cold emailing and cold calling.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through deal closure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in the software and AI industry.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Location Requirement
This position is based in Lahore. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lahore prior to starting work.
