Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform all related opportunity task functions assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Prepares business proposal letters to delinquent parties
Ensure that the organization fills out and submits all the required legal paperwork
Responsible to intimate corporate staff regarding law variations that may affect the organization
Conducts preliminary study of cases submitted to the staff arising from breaches of the law, makes preliminary decisions about actions to be taken and prepares drafts for submission to superior.
