As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with Dell storage products, particularly within advanced environments such as Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS). Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring technical support on Dell storage solutions, including SAN and NAS systems.
- Analyze log files and other diagnostic information to identify and resolve storage issues promptly and accurately.
