The Student Counseling Officer will be responsible for the below activities.
Student Affairs
- Manage Day to day student inquires
- Students documents Scaning and course finding
- Application processing towards University / HO
- Organize and attend related events
- Establish and operate Student Societies & Student Councils
- Processing visa file for the concern councils
Student Counseling
- Educational counseling
- Career counseling
- Form filing
- Visa filing
Career Development
- Conduct sessions regarding admissions and scholarships in international universities
- Bring in universities and their representatives to directly interact with the SCS
Engagement
- Maintaining annual admission and placement record
- Generating reports based on accurate data
- Reconnecting and engaging alumni with relevant institutional activities
- Assisting alumni in their university documentation
- Any other task assigned by the management/supervisor
Visa Filing / Form Filing
- Creating and guiding student with correct information of concerned counsel form
- Visa application
- Information check
