Product planning and movement through its lifecycle, sales forecasting and reporting, running cost, sales and product analysis and managing the demand-supply gap

Buying the product, negotiating with internal suppliers, highlighting product shortcomings and suggesting remedies

Making the key decision of product placement and positioning; ensuring right product’s availability at the right place and time

Gauging market and fashion trends, both local and global, in order gather intelligence to serve customer needs and wants

Maintaining close and regular coordination with retail team to identify sales gaps, low- and high-performing products

Planning discounts and phasing out ineffective stock

Conduct regular shop visits to have a sense of market and sales dynamics, identify field staff issues

Keeping Model Store updated with active article/new samples while treating it as a prototype shop.
