Responsible for taken the print outs of daily distribution provided by planning of next day & hand over to the concerned dispatch Team in the morning.

Responsible for posting of all issuance in the system against the Physical distribution provided by Dispatch In charge or Gallery In charge.

Responsible for intimation of any kind of delay or discrepancies in system dispatch to immediate in charge.

Responsible to Maintain the all record of distribution in the specified racks & its traceability accordingly.

Responsible to Maintain the reasons of distribution cutting from the respective gallery in charge and to make sure the color size adjustment in system. And to intimate to Planning for correction.

To make system request against any items demanded by various section of warehouse.

To maintain the excel file against pending dispatches.

To maintain excel file having detail of pending dispatches, number of cutting pairs and delay time of dispatch.

Responsible for stock count as & when given the assignments by in charge.

Any assignments or task given by immediate in charge.
