Job Responsibilities:
- Developing new Business and retaining the existing client base.
- Educate customers about our products and grow business by deepening and cross-selling.
- Handle and resolve customers' ongoing business and invoice queries/complaints.
- Maintain a relationship with customers by assisting them.
Skills & Expertise Required:
Qualification: minimum intermediate/A Levels
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical company
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and good customer handling skills
