Shifts: Night Shift (12:00 am - 9:00 am PKT, may vary due to daylight saving)
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- 3 years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to work full-time night shifts
- Proficient in providing technical support over email and chat using Zendesk CRM
- Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and time-management skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support over email and chat
- Utilize Zendesk CRM and related tools to address customer inquiries
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
