- Prepare strategic business plan in collaboration with other business heads. Prepare progress reports and evaluate performance of different businesses against set targets and recommend areas of improvement with analysis.
- Develop accounting and finance policies where required.
- Prepare/ supervise annual budgets in coordination with relevant departments and provide frequent budget monitoring reports. Perform analysis and provide recommendation for improvements.
- Plan, evaluate and recommend investments (feasibility studies, valuations, due diligence etc as required).
- Prepare frequent management report to evaluate performance of all businesses against set targets with recommendations.
- Supervise dealing with banks as required.
