Manage platform matters including frequent updates on platform design identified through analysis of business requirements.
Provide report on analysis of platform performance on set indicators on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Maintain log of complaints received and settled on the daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Provide analysis on nature, number and frequency of complaints received from customers along with recommendations to achieve customer satisfaction.
Provide analysis on the impact of marketing campaign on overall business.
Obtain reports from sales, procurement and franchise operations/ warehouse management.
Perform business performance reviews against the set KPIs for each business segment/ departments.
Ensure product pricing and availability of product stock on the platform on daily basis.
Making presentations and documentation.
Preparation of daily reports.
