Call Center Agent

We Are Looking For Experienced, Energetic CALL CENTER AGENTS, If you are looking forward towards growth and entrepreneurial culture with a healthy environment then apply at your earliest. Agents will get rapid growth on the basis of their performance.

Plus pint if having experience working in Spectrum, Comcast, Direct TV, or any other Telecom campaigns (US BASED)

Manage phone call inquiries related to product availability/price etc.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Fluent in the English Language.
Maintaining Customer relationships
Punctual and Team Player
Understand Call Center operations.

Skills :Customer Service, Listening Power, Multi-tasking. Excellent and Fluent English Communication must required. Must have computer knowledge.

Shifts: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM or 2PM to 10PM
