Job responsibilities
- Rollout of existing solution to additional countries.
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills required to resolve issues during call handling and routing.
- Change/update call routing rules, BCM setup and user management in SAP BCM.
- Experience in installation, configuration and integration of BCM with SAP CRM.
- Knowledge of TDM Integration between SIP/PSTN Gateway and TDM PABX’s.
- Experience in troubleshooting issues with BCM.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years programming experience in ABAP.
- Process Design Skills.
- Business Analysis Skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a client – facing environment.
