Inventory / Warehouse Manager

We require a Warehouse/Inventory manager with strong organizational skills for our fast-growing organization. The candidate will be in charge of our warehouses and be responsible for ensuring adequate inventory levels at all our WHs.

JD includes:-

Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Maintain adequate inventory levels for all SKUs based on consumption trends
Controlling and verifying SOPs for receiving, storing and dispatching goods with proper paperwork
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controlling inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with ERP system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
All other Tasks Assigned by the Higher Management.
