Responsibilities:

Leading account functions, store, purchase, security at factory.
Maintain high standard at factory by quality production, sanitation & cleanliness.
Ensure effective & efficient activities of production and consumption.
Repair and Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment.
Manage and increase effectiveness and efficiency of business by supporting in areas of HR, IT and other technicalities.
Oversee all financial management activities at factory as per policy.
Utilize financial data to improve profitability.
Control inventory.
Payroll Management by current head counts vs. Standard Employment level as per Policy.
Play a significant role in planning, including initiatives geared toward operations excellence.
Liaison with Government related departments if required.
Improve operations system and procedure in support of Company objectives.
