Check & maintain recipes of production (Kulfi – Ice Cream).
Check & maintain Hygiene matters of product.
Participate in new product developments.
Work on product development & nutrition calculations related aspects.
Train production staff on management guidelines on proper production practices.
Keep a check on Finished Goods inventories as per production recipes.
Act as a production Incharge of Plant.
Plan & line up productions according to the sales forecast.
Maintain product temperatures & other aspects of production line.
Responsible for operational activities of production, storage & maintain records of inventories.
Report to BDM on operational activities of production plant.
