1. Meeting with clients to discuss their real estate needs and preferences, and understanding their budget constraints.
  2. Conducting research to identify potential properties that meet clients' requirements, and arranging property viewings for interested buyers.
  3. Advising clients on the value of properties, market conditions, and legal and financial aspects of the buying, selling, or renting process.
  4. Negotiating with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to agree on the terms of transactions.
  5. Preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, leases, and agreements, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  6. Providing clients with regular updates on the status of their transactions, and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborating with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage brokers, to facilitate transactions and ensure their smooth and successful completion.
  8. Maintaining knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices, and continuously improving professional skills and competencies.

 Real estate agents must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate market and its dynamics.
