We are looking for a Property Investment Consultant to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions.

Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions.
Meeting with Clients (In-door and Out-door)
Site visit with Clients
Presentation to Clients
Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold leads calling, hot leads calling, and presentations.
Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns.
Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell.
We will provide you proper training on daily basis.
Progress always involves risk. You can’t steal 2nd base and keep your foot on 1st.

Responsibilities:

The majority includes discovering and tracking new sales prospects,
Negotiating deals and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,
List down the major duties and responsibilities that you expect from a sales executive to perform clearly and concisely.
