Job Description
The Helpdesk Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for maintaining solid technical understanding of products in conjunction with business benefits of the Vendor to be able to support Tech Access Sales. This position will also involve working together with the Vendor teams, TA Sales Managers, Products teams, Senior Presales and Partners to establish and understand the Customers’ requirements and to provide the necessary solutions. The job will require occasional overseas travel for training purposes. The person will require to work on a roster system as agreed with the Helpdesk Manager to cater for different regions.
