Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers in making reservations, understanding rental policies, and resolving any issues or concerns.

Reservation Management:

  • Handle the end-to-end reservation process, ensuring accuracy in booking details and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with the central booking system to confirm reservations and availability.

Information Dissemination:

  • Provide detailed information about our car fleet, rental rates, and additional services.
  • Keep customers informed about rental terms, conditions, and any relevant updates.

Problem Resolution:

  • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints or concerns, striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to gather customer feedback and improve service quality.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes and suggest solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Generate reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions for management review.
