Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our thriving car rental business. As the frontline of our sales efforts, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers through our digital platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Your primary responsibility will be to effectively convert incoming leads into confirmed rentals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Response and Engagement:

  • Promptly respond to inquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.
  • Maintain a professional and interactive communication style to engage potential customers.
  • Ensure a quick response time to maximize the conversion rate.

2. Sales and Upselling:

  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable rental options, packages, and deals.
  • Employ effective sales strategies to upsell additional services and features.
  • Work towards sales targets and objectives set by the management.

3. Data Management:

  • Accurately maintain and update customer data in designated Excel sheets, including personal information and contact details.
  • Keep track of the rental fleet status, updating which cars are currently rented out and which are available.
  • Ensure data privacy and security in line with company policy.

4. Follow-Up and Customer Relationship Management:

  • Regularly follow up with previous leads to explore potential sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering repeat business and referrals.
  • Address customer queries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

5. Reporting and Collaboration:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize the rental process and customer experience.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven 1+ experience in Sales, online sales, cold calling, inbound sales, and closing online leads, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and Microsoft Excel for data management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
