Finance Lead

Tech Valley Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join our financial planning & controlling team in Tech Valley’s office provides accurate and timely information and drives efficiency improvements through best-in-class finance & accounting and planning & control services as well as risk management, M&A operations, and IT.

The position is located in Islamabad, Pakistan. Residents of Islamabad/Rawalpindi will be preferred.

The key responsibilities include:

Acting as a proactive team member in a management team, providing sound financial analysis to drive fact-based decision making
Managing and executing the monthly management reporting, target follow-up, and ad hoc analysis.
Monitoring the financial performance of the business.
Managing the financial planning processes for Tech Valley incl. financial forecasting, federal and provincial taxes, annual business plans, and long-term planning as part of the strategic planning process.
Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Managing financial KPI target-setting process as part of the performance management process
Contributing to the development and maintenance of group common financial planning, reporting, and controlling processes, reporting structures, and related systems and tools.
Ensuring standardized, efficient processes and harmonized, on-time reporting as well as accurate financial information available to stakeholders.
