We have urgent requirement for BPO Voice and Non-Voice Process. We require candidates with good communication in English with Regional languages (Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi).
Responsibilities and Duties VOICE PROCESS:
· Candidate should be able to hold the conversation with the customers.
· Should be creative thinker and customer query handling skill
NON-VOICE PROCESS:
· Response to emails sent by clients
· E-Mail to be raised for cases which needs inputs and support from back-end teams
· Updating and Close looping of issues with respective customer representatives via emails
