• Responsible supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support Services
  • Installing and configuring hardware and different software products as per project requirement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
  • Maintaining software applications, operating systems and regular maintenance.
  • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  • Follow proper call log procedure
  • 24*7 availability to support in house and client infrastructure
  • Timely/Swift response to supervisor and client
  • To provide/deliver trainings to corporate clients
  • Should complete all required trainings & certification assigned by supervisor with in given date.
  • Complete all project documentation in time and submit it to manager
  • Any other duties (Technical/Non-Technical) as assigned by management
  • Must be ready and willing to commit to continuous education, certification and self-improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Experience working in Huawei ,Juniper and Cisco Technologies 
  • Huawei + Juniper + Cisco Certifications i.e. JNCIA/JNCIS/HCNA/HCNP in routing switching & security, 
  • Routing & Switching Hands-on experience

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Must know about latest technologies.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Energetic & quick responsive.
  • Must be able to work in difficult environments at client end.
  • Must be Technically strong.
  • Ensure 24/7 availability in-house/onsite
  • Ensure tasks assigned by supervisors should be completed in good manner and within specified time.
  • Communication Skills 
  • Timely completion of Trainings & certification assigned by supervisor
  • Ability to work well with others, as well as independently
  • Ensure to follow proper call log procedures
