Software Development Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated Technical Project Manager who will leverage his/her technical, analytical, process and strategic skills towards identifying and designing high impact value-added opportunities.

The role requires an individual with strong analytical, communications, leadership, and partnering skills. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy with great interpersonal skills and the ability to see the big-picture, see-around-the-bend vision; and the drive, influencing skills and the ability to collaborate with development teams to transform that vision into a reality.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning, have a bias for action and demonstrate a track record of technical project management.

Roles & Responsibilities (“You will”)

• Engage with product development and engineering teams to architect the solution and also help improve quality productivity.

• Able to analyze Project requirements, Propose solutions for requirements, discuss details and able to prepare RFQs, RFPs, Documentations and proposals. Must have the potential to get those proposals approved from the client.

• Should be able to give time and cost estimations about any project in crunching timelines, get project plans, milestones/deliverables with timelines. Should be able to prepare WBS and manage team to get things done.

• Must be good for tasks breakdowns, manage things in parallel, roadblocks resolver, team player with strong knowledge about where a team player can be utilized at his best.

• Engage with product development and engineering teams to architect the solution.

• Having architectural knowledge of projects and should be able to perform code management and code reviews.

• Confidently interact with executives, management, technical and line-of-business staff.

• Educate internal teams, customers and prospects on the value proposition. Participate in and guide architectural discussions. Design the best AI solution based on business needs.

Qualifications Required (“You must have”)

• 4+ Years designing, and implementing projects especially in Mobile, Web, Machine Learning, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence space and Strong knowledge of platforms like G SUITE, Sharepoint, Clouds like Azure. Must best handy with project management tools like Trello/JIRA.

•Excellent presentation skills to all management levels, technical levels, and audience sizes.

•Excellent communication skills in speaking with US excent and writing for the intended audience and purpose.

• Experience and understanding of different web, mobile, Clouds, and related technologies and databases.

• Minimum Bachelor's’ degree in information technology, or software engineering or computer science

• Experienced hands-on programming experience in Project management, Asp.Net, ReactJS, Node JS etc

• Note: Candidates without industry experience in the relevant field working for software houses or in Agile methodologies need not apply.
