• Collect cost information and maintain an expense database.
  • Construct data accumulation systems
  • Determine fixed costs (e.g. salaries, rent and insurance)
  • Plan and record variable costs (e.g. purchases of raw material and operations costs)
  • Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
  • Prepare budgeting reports (for the company and for each department)
  • Analyse and report profit margins
  • Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts.
  • Assisting in month-end and year-end closing.
  • Identify and recommend cost-effective solution.
  • Assisting in job costing.
  • Act as a coordinator between sales team, dealers & head office team
  • Plan for Administration and fleet to ensure cost effectiveness and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain administration and fleet management policies, systems and procedures.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
