Technological Innovation and Policy Solutions (TIPS) is currently looking for individuals having excellent communication skills for our part-time project. Candidates who can speak Urdu and Pashto with good accents can be a part of our dynamic team. As a call Centre executive, your duties will be:

• Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner

• Communicate fluently with a clear voice

• Guide callers on the details of the project

Further Requirements for this job:

• Past experience in handling calls

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

• Having a minimum bachelor’s degree in the field of Business, Finance, Marketing from a well-reputed university
