1. Reviewing resumes and applications.
  2. Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews (if required).
  3. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  4.  Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  5.  Maintaining HR records.
  6.  Handle Employee Layoff.
  7. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
  8.  Preparing all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
  9. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
  10. Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
  11. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  12. Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
  13. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
  14. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  15. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations.
  16. Handling operations and Administration work.
