Urgently Hiring Required:
Purpose:
- Candidates having experience in customer’s management, complaint handling, customer analysis and sales calls (tele-sales).
- Social media marketing experience will be given preference.Potential Customers calling, competition analysis, Sales lead generations, relationship building with current and prospective customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintaining a data base of customers, address, contact etc.
- Finding potential customers(SME) through internet and valuable sources.
- Asking customer about messaging services and campaigns
- Generating sales from prospective and current customer(top-ups) in order to achieve daily sales target
- Maintaining a record of customer feedback, daily reporting of customer’s feedback
- Maintaining a record of competition, SMS industry comparison and analysis
- Ask a set of Qs to customers to know about messaging services and campaigns, make a proper record of it
- Maintain a long term relationship with customer
- Cold calling to prospective clients using a data base to conversion and selling
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirement
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
- Managing promotions on social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, twitter etc.
