Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To prepare growth marketing strategy for the organization that is aligned with the business goals.
  • Manage all digital marketing operations for Easypaisa along with managing digital agency and ensuring deliverance of relevant performance KPIs
  • Acquire new customers on the App and maintain CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
  • To create effective & timely reporting mechanisms – which would keep key stakeholders informed about the progress of campaigns/achievement of key business objectives.
  • Ensuring a strong governance framework is being followed while not compromising on the speed or quality of work and co-ordination with Digital Media agency
  • Continuously improve online customer and user experience across all digital touch points to improve conversion and ROI via effective placement of brand message/advertisements on various digital platforms
  • Responsible for the continuous development of the channel through analysis Closed Feedback Loop (CFL) and customer surveys (BLS)
  • Always experimenting with new growth platforms and approaching A/B testing with scientific approach.
  • Continuously explore organic channels of growth to acquire new users and to engage existing ones.
  • To work closely with Segment teams to come up with value propositions that aid top of the funnel customer acquisition as well as customer retention.
  • Work with Product team to prepare plans for Product GTM and growth.
  • Managing commercial digital marketing finance from an internal audit/payments point of view. This includes, budgeting, accruing expenses, & managing payments & re-conciliations during every month.
  • Ability to work as a team member /leader and having the skill set to work in a partnership environment to generate synergies from across functions
  • Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours & Values in all aspects of his/her work conduct.
  • Ensure that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institute performance measures tied to individual risk and compliance responsibilities.
