1.       Responsible for Customer support and query resolution within the agreed TAT to cater to all working code of help requests (HR)

2.       Responsible for Monitoring health checks of systems daily.

3.       Research and identify solutions to software issues.

4.       User ID management must be within TAT.

5.       Support branch banking business till closure.

6.       In case of late sitting or any special operation e.g month-end, year-end. The incumbent should be available and managed smoothly.          

7.       Respond to all quires raised by clients via email (Internal / External).

8.       Debugging and fixing the reported issues by coordination of the different teams.

9.       Responsible for M3Tech SMS recon monthly basis.

10.    Responsible to Manage the following system and their Customer Queries

a.       T24

b.       BI

c.        FCM/ old CS

d.       Old CBA

e.       CAI

f.        OLD TDMS/ new TAC

g.       Cash management  TIN/TOUT

h.       TERP/MOOR

i.         ADAMS

j.         EAD FATA

k.        ESB

l.         And all Related systems to them.

11.    Responsible to manage COB on daily basis.

12.    Responsible for Conduct Change Management weekly basis.

13.    Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions on a daily basis

14.    Support in special operations like DR drills and other updating of the system.

15.    Make sure the Ticket ration must be zero at day end.

16.    Carry out any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

17.    Incumbent shall be responsible to adhere by Telenor Microfinance Bank Behaviours & Values in all aspects of his/her work conduct.

18.    Ensure that a culture of risk and compliance management is implemented, and institute performance measures tied to individual risk and compliance responsibilities
