The Quality Analyst shall ensure to create, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key data sets and reports in a professional, timely and accurate manner. The Quality Analyst will have to keep himself abreast with all updates required to perform his/ her tasks along with support to all team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Addressing technical / operational issues faced by relevant stakeholders, in order to ensure smooth and hassle free operations.
  • Processing / registering complaints in the system as requested by the customers.
  • To execute & deliver additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments e.g. IT BSG/ BITS, Business, easypaisa etc. for data collection and other issues.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues to the Line Manager.
  • Complaints data reporting of Siebel application.
  • Ensure that appropriate action is taken on complaint to improve services as an outcome of complaint reports.
  • Branch coordination for Dormant accounts re-activation feedback.
  • To handle VAS (Value Added Services) requests and reports.
  • Branch performance reportings preparation and share with Line Manger/ HOD.
  • To ensure and keep extreme confidentiality of data.
  • Prepare different analytics and statistical reports and dashboard as and when required.
  • Create, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key data sets and reports.
  • To confirm RTGS CBC.
  • To monitor iPortal Help topics and TATs.
  • Other responsibilities / tasks to be assigned as and when required by Line Manager
