Responsibilities:
1. Display bakery items and products on the shelves and counters to attract customers.
2. Greet customers and visitors entering the bakery.
3. Sell bread, cakes, donuts and pastries and other bakery products to customers.
4. Maintain the bakery premises in a clean and neat manner.
5. Ensure correct weighing and packaging of bakery products.
6. Assist and support bakery manager in managing and serving customers.
7. Replenish and refill display counters with fresh stocks of bakery items.
8. Assist and support bakery inventory control staff in their day-to-day tasks.
9. Ensure total customer satisfactions through bakery assistant functions.
10. Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery assistant functions
11. Provide customers with price information.
12. Process cash and credit card transaction.
13. Tender change and receipts.
14. Thank customers for their business.
15. Provide them with information on additional items in order to meet upselling targets.
16. Balance cash registers at the end of the shift.
17. Check cash levels, and handle discrepancies, such as missing or excess cash.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Must be Intermediate or Matric
2. Have have 1 to 3 years of experience in the same field.
3. Must be honest punctual and go-getter.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs 15000.00 to Rs 18000.00 /month.
Experience:
Bakery: 2 years (Required)
Sales: 3 years (Required)
Wear mask, hand sanitize and keep social distancing.
