Responsibilities:

Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development and management, demonstrating a strong understanding of its intricacies.

WordPress Development: Design, develop, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must-have to execute various customization tasks effectively.

Page Builders: Expertise in popular page builders such as Elementor, Divi, and WpBakery, with the ability to create stunning and responsive layouts.

Advanced Custom Fields (ACF): In-depth knowledge and experience using ACF to create custom fields, providing clients with a user-friendly content management experience.

Custom Post Types (CPT): Proficient in creating and managing custom post types to organize content effectively and improve website structure.

WooCommerce: Experience in WooCommerce development for creating robust and scalable e-commerce solutions within the WordPress framework.

Theme Customization and Development: Ability to customize existing WordPress themes and develop custom themes from scratch, ensuring visually appealing and functional websites.

Plugin Customization and Development: Proficiency in customizing existing WordPress plugins and developing custom plugins to extend functionality and meet specific project requirements.

CMS Knowledge: Familiarity with other CMS platforms like Webflow, Squarespace, HubSpot, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, etc., is a plus.

API Integration: Experience with REST APIs and Web Services will enable you to seamlessly integrate external services and functionalities into WordPress projects.

Collaboration and Adaptability: Ability to collaborate closely with the design and content teams to implement and bring creative ideas to life. Your ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to evolving project requirements is essential for success.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and security.

Code Optimization: Optimize code for improved performance and ensure best practices are followed.

Update and Maintenance: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and WordPress updates to ensure websites are up-to-date and secure.

Dynamic Theme Integration: Ability to convert custom templates into dynamic WordPress themes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related field provides a strong foundation for this role.

Communication: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within our team and with clients.
