Keep track on petty cash and maintain petty cash by making vouchers and record every purchase

Make receipts and update fee matter.
Liaison between students and administration if/when needed.
Prepare Cash Count Certificates at the end of each month
Make budget vs actual analysis report along with reasons
Manage inventory of trade wise consumables and update Inventories regularly.
Work on fee Recon during the month.
Maintain status of advances issued by the HO and its timely settlements.
Responsible for fixed Assets Tagging at the institutes
Maintain monthly status of Fixed Assets Register of Institute.
Prepare report of Active Students if/when needed.
Collect fee from students and issue the receipts to students.
Issue Fee Challan to students for timely collection.
Ensure monthly Fee is deposited into the bank and update the ledger accordingly.
Make expected revenue report.
Work on annual Budget to Finance
Maintain receiving of Cheque and bills.
Make Inter Office memorandums and proposed admission plans.
Must have an experience of working with different schools, institutes or universities.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas. Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility. By end of 2019 two more institutes are added in Korangi (Karachi), one for women and one for men. Korangi campus is targeted to host a state of the art Teacher’s Training and Excellence Center. Hunar Foundation’s key objective is to provide school graduates and other young adults with international standard vocational training that meets the expectations of the market, leading to employment or small business creation – and eventually economic freedom and empowerment. Hunar Foundation offers this opportunity to the underprivileged and marginalized segments of society where the need is more urgent.
