Multiple Project Management:
- Juggle multiple projects with different sizes and timelines
- Managing Project Managers.
Planning:
- Brain Storming / Time Boxed sessions
- Vision and mission of the product
Market Research:
- Playing and following other games
- Avoid Copyrights
- Making Case studies
- Documents Preferred
- Analytical comparison with your game.
Outsourcing (To increase pace):
- Team Expansion
- Creating Demand
- Training of New comers
Change Management :
- Risk & Issue Analysis
- Follow standard operating procedures as laid out by The Knights
- Based On Target (Extensions, Improvements)
- Project Manager Production
EXPERIENCE:
Must have 3+ years of experience.
