Customer Care Representative

'The Leading Firm' is looking for Lahore based Male & Female agents/CSRs for an International Inbound Call Centre who possess great conversational and communication skills with an American or British accent and are equally good at redressing product related queries, etc. Moreover, the selected candidates will be working in rotating (Morning 8am-4pm, Evening 4pm-12am and Night 11-8 am) shifts. We will also provide 7 days mandatory training and equal growth opportunities to all our employees.
