- Lead, plan, direct and manage all essential aspects of the Business Portfolio that support the organizational strategy
- Make effective use of the Sales and Business Development for collaboration and joint working.
- Managing Operations and Procedures effectively and efficiently.
- Plan, prepare, review, recommend and timely deliver the approved operational projects for sustainable growth
People management which includes but is not limited to fostering team work on the basis of culture of tolerance, respect and fair treatment to all and to celebrate team performance regularly to encourage and acknowledge the team members.
- Feasibility analysis & Business Plan analysis of new business.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and new trends.
