As Head of Department, Head Admin / HR will be responsible for the following:
Administration:
1. Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results.
2. Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for department.
3. Implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
4. Monitors and procures needed supplies for offices.
5. Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
6. Liaison with School Admin Officers
7. Checking the cleanliness & Security condition of all campuses and HO, and supervision of Security Staff
8. Checking the stand by Generators, busses and log books of all campuses.
HR:
1. To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating & recommending Human Recourse Policies and Procedures.
2. To ensure Legal Compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Laws.
3. To Prepare periodic annual appraisals.
4. To ensure the systems and procedures to promote good moral and motivation in a happy, fair, safe and effective workplace.
5. To check the payroll adjustments, new appointments and final settlements.
6. Coordinating & administrating TEDDS teaching and support staff training and development programs, liaising with external training bodies as required.
7. Any other duty as assigned by the Management and BOT.
