- Provide assistance to implement and evaluate the systems that supports end users in the productive use of computer hardware and software.
- Provide assistance to oversee the back office computer operations of the affiliate Management
- To provide tactical assistance, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology system at Head Office and all Branches/Campuses level.
- Provide assistance to oversee system security and back up procedures and make sure that data is in an appropriate form, categorized, readily accessible and retrievable.
- To provide advice on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of information systems, ensuring appropriate investment in strategic and operational systems.
- To implement policy and procedures to ensure the protection of the affiliate’s IT assets and the integrity, security and privacy if information entrusted to or maintained by the affiliate.
- To manage relationships with vendors for service and support of all IT and maintain problem logs, documenting system errors or defects.
- Maintains contact with IT suppliers and maintains knowledge of current technology, equipment, prices and terms of agreements to minimize the investment required to meet established service levels.
- Any other task assigned by Manager IT or Senior Management.
