We are looking for HR Professional for our team.

Responsibilities:

  • HR officers will be working in various domains particularly Recruitment & onboarding and HR operations.
  • Collecting & maintaining data and CV’s for all departments.
  • Initiating the interview process through short telephonic interviews and shortlisting.
  •  Handling over shortlisted candidates to relevant managers.
  • Coordinating remaining interview process as per policy till completion of hiring.
  • Managing and coordinating new employee orientation andemployee record.
  • Ensuring all basic requirements of the new employee is complete including offer letter, laptop, skype ID & training schedule.
  • Creating employer files that include personal information, offer letter, employment contract, orientation checklist/ JD,s /career path.
  •  Maintaining company policy in the employer handbook.
  • Drafting and distributing new company policies to the team via Email.
  • Updating/editing company policies in the employee handbook (Employer handbook is to act as a record of all policies of the company.)
  • Managing regular HR Function
  • Maintaining staff attendance, leaves, and late comings.
  • Handling minor grievances of employees and reporting major ones to the Director or Manager.
