IT/System/Network SUPPORT EXECUTIVES:
- Will spend considerable time indoor for communicating online with customers and handle queries over phone and using Remote Sessions.
- Personal we are looking should be Customer Friendly, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Good Computer knowledge, Professional Telephone Behavior.
- Should be able to troubleshoot and provide prompt support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, POP/SMTP/IMAP and Mail Server Technologies
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting Customers on phone and in personal with Technical Issues related to Email Client Configuration, DNS, IP and Network.
- To troubleshoot technical problems and respond to customer inquiries via chat and email providing information and closing queries.
- Effective communication with users at all levels Tracking to conclusion simple and complex issue resolutions.
- To help in achieving company wide objective, while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Time management & coordination skills and customer care attitude
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor
CRITICAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Strong Knowledge of POP/SMTP/IMAP Protocols and configuring Mail Client Complete and each and every features
- Cpanel / WHM - Complete and each and every features
- MDaemon / Security Plus / Outlook Connector / ActiveSync / MailStore & Security Gateway
- Deploy using local host and a live domain, create the POC on your system.
- Strong TCP / IP and Networking Concepts including NSLOOKUP NS / MX / A / PTR / TXT / DMIM / SPF etc
- Understanding SMTP Hello
- Understanding MX and FailOver mechanism
- TCP/IP Suite / SubNets / Gateways / Static Route
- Telnetting various Ports interactively, 110, 25, 80, 53,
- Ports / Sockets / Services
- Strong concept of Corporate Mail Solution and Disaster Recovery Solutions using Thobson Flagship Products.
- Strong concept and understanding of the various services and products provided by Thobson
