Senior Accountant

A commerce graduate having qualified professional accounting qualifications like ACCA / CIMA / ICMA. Must have 3-5 Years’ experience as a Senior Accountant within trading / manufacturing industry. Preferably from a BPO industry but not a must. Should have prior experience of working with any mid -tier ERPs / Accounting software and should have excellent knowledge of Ms. Excel.

Job Description:

· Following up with on-shore teams to collect and organize data.

· Preparing and data entry of different accounting input documents / vouchers.

· Preparing different accounting reconciliations.

· Maintain complete books of accounts including G/L, A/P & A/R.

· Working on on-shore Cash flow Positions and related reconciliations.

· Preparing Ledger verification statements and getting on shore confirmations.

· Keeping internal controls intact by checking physical support documents.

· Maintain Physical record keeping of documents.

· Resolve issues during reconciliations and verification of Accounts.

· Prepare period end financial and management reports.

· Assist in Budgeting & Controls.
