Overview
- Our company is in need of fresh graduate and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Officer who is responsible for overseeing and administering programs that help in overall development of a student.
- Responsible to receive incoming calls and greet walk-in clients.
- Coordinates with the students and helps them to set up these student societies.
- A Customer Relationship Officer plays a vital role in providing assistance and helps to students in the easy or hassle-free Application or paper work processing.
- Help gain more knowledge about their desired course or university or country.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a valuable part of the education industry. If you have the ability to communicate clearly over the phone or face-to-face, and sometimes even through email, then this might turn out to be an ideal job for you.
- Job includes briefing and helping students to select a foreign university, suitable programs, and eligibility after steady on-job training.
- Candidate will also handle the admission process and will participate in all fairs of foreign universities.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
