The duration of the program is 6 Month after which you exit in a middle management level in a job of your choice (depending on positions available).
Rotation through all departments: Production, Rubber Compositions, Chemical Labs,Mold Designing. Preparing a written summary/report about training received. Completing the tasks/duties assigned during the course of the training period. Observing and learning from experienced workers to acquire knowledge.
Up to one year of relevant work experience,
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in computer skills.
