- Making daily calls, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp messages to customers to give reminders of upcoming payments and amounts overdue.
- Sending project development updates to customers and responding to customers' queries.
- Preparing and sending cancellation notices for defaulting customers.
- Close coordination with Account Receivable staff and ensuring booking of amounts received and receivable.
- Maintain a daily log of phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and email.
- Maintain recovery data sheet and reconciliation of amount received with Account Receivable
