· Maintain the attendance of all Technical employees of the Southern Region.
· Prepare the technical employees incentive report and send to the HR/Finance department.
· Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department for stock availability and inform to concerned person.
· Keep track of technical bins stock and give report to Line Manager and Head of Technical.
· Be informed about car and fleet category gate passes through MIS and share reports with the Line Manager.
· Preparing nationwide starting problems sheet.
· Looking after Mobile apps software and coordinate with the software team in case of queries.
· Maintain petty cash details and requirements on a daily basis and share the same details with the Line Manger and Finance Department.
