MERN Stack Developer

Trade Poster, a forefront Australian company dedicated to revolutionizing the trades industry through technology, is seeking a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer. This role is crucial in developing robust solutions that empower our platform and its users. Key Requirements:

Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the MERN stack (Express.js, React, Node.js), along with proficiency in PostgreSQL, NestJS, and GraphQL.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in these technologies.
Local Preference: We are particularly interested in candidates from Sialkot, aiming to support and develop local talent. However, exceptional candidates from other locations may also be considered.
Tool Proficiency: Must be adept at using Hubstaff and Asana for efficient project management and time tracking.
Availability: This full-time position requires a commitment to 40 hours per week, specifically during Melbourne's daytime hours for seamless collaboration with our Australian team.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions using the MERN stack, PostgreSQL, NestJS, and GraphQL.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Maintain code integrity and organization, following best practices.
Participate in continuous learning and training to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
