Requirements:

CMS: Joomla, Word press, Drupal, experience on other CMS's will be considered as additional benefit. Must have experience on atleast one.
Demonstrated expertise in PHP Symfony 2,3 (Apache, nginx, MySQL, MemCache), jQuery, Twitter Bootstrap, Laravel 4 or 5; experience on other frameworks will be considered as additional benefit. Must have experience on atleast one.
E-commerce: Must have experienced in developing e-commerce websites, Payment & shipping gateway integrations.
Pre-built ecommerce platforms: Magento 1 or Magento 2 & Open-cart 1 or 2; experience on others will be considered as additional benefit. Must have experience on atleast one.
Hands on experience of working with Web services. SOAP and REST. Must have experience on atleast one.
Facebook and Twitter Integrations and working knowledge of their API's.
The ability to architect end-to-end systems, and design specific components.
An in-depth understanding of algorithm complexity, scalability, and reliability.
Must have knowledge of LAMP architecture.

Ideally:

Expertise in PHP, MySQL.
Additional benefit of LAMP (full stack) development.
Experience utilizing Agile/scrum.
Good Communication Skills, should be able to understand written / Spoken requirements and respond in writing/Speaking.
BS/BE with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
