Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt and professional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with customer service software.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
